The builder (homeowner) is a long-time Enercept Independent Dealer. They have been building with Enercept SIPs since 2006, and are sold on building with SIPs. This new project will be his primary residence.
The project manager on this project, Gary Johnson, stated that building with SIPs definitely speeds up the framing process. The owner, who has experience building so many SIP projects, is looking forward to using less energy to heat and cool their home.
