This High Performance family residence project was able to reduce the amount of time to frame the home. Panels were
installed in four days and it greatly reduced the amount of on-site waste.

The city of Gretna is located on the west side of Mississippi River, just east and across the river from New Orleans. Since the area is prone to flooding, the home was built on pilons 36" above the elevation. The structure was specifically engineered for wind loads: Ultimate Design Wind Speed=145 mph; Wind Lateral Load=43.7 psf; Wind Vertical Uplift=19.4 psf.
