The end use of the building was an upstairs tavern and one bedroom apartment. SIP construction helped with the speed of assembly allowing existing business to remain open and new tavern to open sooner. Owner and builder were looking for the best solution “popping the top” of this local establishment. Using SIPs cut six weeks off the building process. Addition was enclosed quickly to facilitate winter construction.
