Keep LLC designed this detached studio, providing a tranquil respite from a busy home life. EPS SIPs provided a high performance and robust shell with a off-the-shell shed solution. It features a Low VOC 3/4 plywood which was assembled and sealed with SafeCoat. Other materials used are dual pane, salvaged windows and doors. The exterior pine rainscreen is finished with Pine Tar.
