Because of a supply chain issue with glulam material, the panels were engineered to utilize
LVL material inside the panels.

Low E windows with a U-value of 0.29 SHGC 0.25 were installed throughout the building.

The landscaping does not require any watering other than natural precipitation.

The Schilling Group (now Mountain Peak Builders) has been building with Enercept SIPs since 2006. Enercept has provided panels for 45+ projects in that time. The Highmark Credit Union is located in a development that is predominately made up of SIP construction.
