Established in 1985, Kim's Convenience Store Kim's C-Store is a convenience store with coffee shop, groceries, meals-to-go with drivethru, and gas station. Business has grown from a single location in Palestine, TX, to a chain of 20+ stores throughout Texas. The Rusk store was the second Kim's C-store built with Enercept SIPs.

The store's exterior design includes three parapets, a unique part of all their stores.

An air Curtain is utilized at the kitchen entry to minimize aire loss to the building during deliveries and service.
