This was a project that required efficiency in long term energy costs and reduced construction labor and material costs. The use of SIPs achieved all objectives and more, including ease of installation and speedy overall construction time. Using SIPs facilitated meeting a very compressed construction timeline as this was the tear down and replacement of an older Taco John's, so down time was a critical economic factor. This was a project that needed to be efficient in energy, labor, and materials. This was achieved through the use of SIPs.
