Timeline to build was tight due to a fall start. With the SIP panels, we were able to construct the building faster and keep our winter heating cost lower due to the insulated panels. This allowed the subs to start sooner and work in a warmer environment, thus enabling the entire project to be completed ahead of schedule. Owner was very interested in the long term energy savings as well as the durability of the building. Win win for all parties involved.
