Rigid and batt insulation in the walls and insulated glass in the storefront and windows systems. LED lighting everywhere and presumably energy-saving appliances by owner. A lot of glass on the east and south elevations gives some measure of solar heat gain in winter. See-through exterior wall natural gas fireplace with insulated glass is a nice design feature. Most all materials were low-VOC; waste hauler for project typically is able to recycle 75% of construction waste on new building projects. SIP panels help to provide an attractive open upscale natural interior and exterior environment for residents using the building while providing an efficient and comfortable home for the facilities management team that uses the same building while interfacing with the residents.
