The owner and architect wanted to use SIPs modular technology for their new addition.

SIP roof thickness and core material: 215 mm - EPS core

We have saved time, labor and reduced the construction cost using SIPs. The local star rating energy efficiency report was improved, when comparing with traditional insulated timber frame structure.

We have achieved a 6,100 mm roof span, using the maximum panel length for the first time.

All new windows are double glazed thermally broken aluminum profile with U - 2.9

High ceiling clear Story windows. Concrete floor used as thermal mass.

Solar panels will be installed by the owner.
