Solcraft is the experienced and trusted manufacturer of composite materials - thermodynamic Thexpan® sandwich panels and improved version of traditional SIP panels - H-Block®. Solcraft has been operating since 2011, but its founders have more than 25 years experience in the manufacture and sale of various types of sandwich panels. The ideas of innovative products, patented in Poland and in the world, combined with the knowledge of the market made Solcraft the pioneer in the production of energy-efficient building materials. Unlike well-known SIP panels in North America, Western Europe and Japan, H Block® panel is both insulating and load-bearing material at the same time. Polyurethane foam closed in a box-shaped structure permanently combined with OSB lining makes H-Block® rigid and durable construction material resistant to mechanical damages. H-Block® panels have a wide range of applications, yet they are dedicated especially for energy-efficient and passive buildings. Thermodynamic Thexpan® sandwich panels, as the only sandwich panels in the world, combine traditional, cladding function with the function of heat exchanger. Dependent on the season, they can be used for various purposes. Copper piping (e.g. on the roof) provides Thexpan® panels with a function of a solar thermal collector, but at the same time, it can also be used for snow removal. Above all however, it can be used as heat source for heat pump. On the other hand, internal piping replaces air conditioners or radiators. Thexpan® panels are used for roofs and walls, both in residential and industry buildings.
