SIP benefits for this job:
The owner wanted to build a structure of red iron building. Once we proved the energy efficiency of the SIPs compared to a red iron build, they were interested in going with SIPs. This is a non profit organization, so cost was a big line item on their wish list.

This project had a very tight space to work within. We could not disturb the existing rugby fields or grandstand and 2' structure on both ends.
Overall energy consumption was an important factor due the them being non profit, the only income for this project was from member donations.

Innovative design elements or structural engineering involved:
Vaulted ceiling
Crows nest for camera and announcement of games
Design in gable truss which covers the lower deck
Needed to be able to incorporate world class championship games

Deck's design with Modern View Decking and stainless steel cable rails. This gives you less obstructioned view. The club was organized in 1962. We reused the existing goal posts from the original field to make the bar top.

Has a reception area with bar to serve, and a warming kitchen to prepare for events
This is the only club house in the US that you can see two separate ball games playing at the same time!
Has an elevator for easy access for handicap visitors and ease in moving larger items
