There was an existing building that was demolished and the foundation and concrete floors were saved. The SIPS were then placed on the same footprint as the existing structure. SIPS are incredibly fast to build saving time and labor.

There is a 30'x16' Powerlift Hydraulic Door in the endwall of the building that the building is designed to withstand the loads of the door when fully open.
HVAC:
The 32'x50' office space has radiant heat in the concrete floor and the 50'x128' shop has 2 - 120kbtu forced air hanging units
