How did SIP construction help you get this job?
We found the energy-efficiency to be the primary reason we chose SIPS. Their design provides high levels of insulation, reducing energy consumption for heating and cooling. Also, SIPs minimize thermal bridging compared to traditional building methods, where studs can conduct heat. This results in a more energy-efficient structure. All lead to our desired end result, energy-efficiency. Cost savings also played a factor with off-site construction leading to reduced labor and shorter project duration.
