This project is a 15-unit Multi-Family Workforce Housing complex comprising five 3-story apartment buildings featuring 2 or 3-bedroom units. Additionally, there is a single-story Office/Community Building.

The primary objective of this endeavor was to develop a highly energy-efficient complex with a focus on operational efficiency. Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) were the chosen construction material due to their unmatched performance in meeting energy efficiency goals. Notably, innovative design and structural engineering techniques were employed. The floors of this project were constructed using top chord hanging trusses, optimizing the utilization of SIPs as a significant component of the exterior walls. This strategic approach contributed to the overall success of the project.

All units are Energy Star MF v1.1 Certified, EPA Indoor Air PLUS Qualified, and DOE Zero Energy Ready.
