The High Impact Panels manufactured for these bungalows are Hurricane resistant, designed and approved for wind loads of 200 MPH, with strength into the most relevant characteristic due to the risk conditions presented by the location of the resort. Labor resources on the island are limited and with a recent hurricane and severe hurricane damage to sister island Barbuda, labor resources are more challenging than ever. The use of precut building kits reduced skilled labor and allowed a high end project to be delivered with a limited skilled labor market.
