The owners intend the upstairs to be for private living, and the downstairs for vacation rental

The client wanted a very energy effiicient home, having used Sipps several times , I knew it was the perfect choice

With labor, construction costs, and time, all combined with solar power this home is very energy efficient.

This home has many unusual angles and the roof falls in two directions, R control panels were done to perfection.

We used Carrier Mini split system thru out every room has its own control

We selected top end Marvin Window. These windows are energy efficient because the wind blowing on them can actually create a tighter seal.

This home has full solar , lLED lighting throughout, and includes highly efficient Bosch appliances.
