As this is a lot within close proximity to existing houses the SIPs was an easy choice, Simple to erect, and ensures a quiet residence with neighbors and streets close by, The panels were able too be engineered as to allow great views of Lake Superior while painting a comfortable environment indoors year round.

Saved time and labor and due to a very tight lot and street location made it a small work area, with the panels engineered and pre-built this enable contractor to easily unload and set panels in a timely manner. Less disruption to the neighborhood.

SIPs roof, Cantilevered areas, with wood cedar decks, all built to maximize the view and lot

Describe the HVAC system used on the project:
Heating: Dual fuel, in-floor, radiant heat. Primary heat source for the hydronic fluid is an interruptible Slant Fin Monitron electric boiler (100% efficient). The secondary source is a Navien propane boiler (95% efficient) which also serves as a secondary source of domestic hot water. EcoTech air exchanger provides outside air.
