T&M Green Solution:
A 10Kw DC ground based solar array with NOVA solar, we net meter with REC (Rappahannock Electric Co-op).
An EV car charger for the clients 2 EV's and we are thrilled to report that they are completely net zero for their home and all their car needs.
We use dominion energy services for our energy rater and we were thrilled to receive a blower door test of 0.09 @ACH50. One of the lowest scores he has ever seen. We aced the duct blaster test with a score of 14.
The house has been (pending) awarded an Emerald Certification with Veridiant/Earthcraft.
