Any additional comments on the project: The first contractor involved said using Extreme Panels would be 30% higher than stick building with spray foam. I requested an experienced SIP contractor 90 miles away put numbers together and he was within 2% of the estimate for the house built with sticks and spray foam. The main reason the contractor was able to estimate the package so closely is he looks at the panels as a system and not just a component. This was an easy sell to the homeowner from that point forward. Almost the same cost to build the house and huge energy savings once it is built.
