How did SIP construction help you get this job?
Been a believer in SIPs since being introduced to them,  Pre-engineering is great. Ease of installation, air tightness, less sealing that conventional framing.
SIP wall thickness: combination of 6" Neopor R-28 and 8" Neopor R-38
SIP roof thickness: 10" Neopor R-49

The benefits of using SIPs on this project:
Saved times,  panels enabled this project to get closed in faster, less utility costs during build.
With this home being in northern MN , Energy efficiency as well as air tightness were attributing factors.
HERS Index: Estimated 30
Blower door test results: 1.05 ACH50
