This was a rebuild from the 2015 Wildfires & the owner Richard Parkhill was terminally ill so expediency was crucial so he could enjoy one more Lake Chelan Summer with his family. SIPs contributedto the speed of constructionand achieved energy efficiency in a region with cold winters and hot summers.
