How did SIP construction help you get this job?
We had built two houses in 2019 for this owner, a happy returning customer.
Our track record on energy levels and blower door numbers on previous houses that we have built with SIPs.

Describe the benefits of using SIPs on this project. Did SIPs help save time, labor, construction costs, or energy?
Had to change the logistics, efficiency and planning off-site, by bringing product onto job site daily. This was due to not having room on site and no parking available.

Describe any innovative design elements or structural engineering involved:
We tore down four duplexes on two lots, this crated a total of four lots. We built a new SIP house on each. We had to change the logistics and increase offsite planning and efficiency by bringing product onto the job site daily. This was due to not having the room on site and no parking being available.
After drywall was complete, we spray foamed all top plates and blew in R16 insulation in the attic.

We installed a Rheem-75000 BTU furnace Rheem 3 ton central aire 13 seer
Renewaire EV 130 Air to Air exchanger w/percent thermostat Radon system due to tightness of the home.

U Value is UA 13
Framed the inside against foundation R15 Fiberglass & spray foam.

We used LP Smart Siding and LP trims and Hawthorn windows
