A complete brewery, production, canning and shipping facility
How did SIP construction help you get this job?
Interior and exterior finish of the panel both from an appearance as well as usability for the client.
SIP wall thickness and core material: 6" expanded poly styrene, R-26

Describe the benefits of using SIPs on this project. Did SIPs help save time, labor, construction costs, or energy?
By using metal SIPs we were able to apply an envelope that significantly sealed the steel building frame. This allowed us to do a on step sheeting and insulated panel.
Describe the HVAC system used on the project:
Offices and Malt Room utilized standard furnace and central air conditioning, Tank Room had a make up of air (heated if needed, no cooling) and exhaust fan, the production and shipping area used radiant heat only.

LED lighting and heat pumps
