MM&I Construction and Design, Inc. is a corporation focused on designing and building energy efficient structures utilizing structural insulated panels, better known as SIPs.

At MM&I, we work closely with homeowners, builders, architects, engineers and developers to cost effectively enjoy the benefits of SIPs. We assist all of our clients in the education of SIPs, estimating SIPs for their projects, developing panel shop drawings as well as the installation of the SIP system.

MM&I has developed a new line of Structural Insulated Panels, called RENEGADE PANELS. Renegade Panels are the next evolution of Structural Insulated Panels, Supplying Customers’ needs with the most efficient SIP available. These structural composite panels are made with expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam insulation laminated between two sheets of oriented strand board (OSB). What makes RENEGADE PANELS different from other SIPs? We use 19/32” OSB for the skins of our panels, which is thicker and stronger than the industry standard 7/16” OSB. RENEGADE SIPs are available in sizes up to 8’ x 24’ and thicknesses ranging from 4-13/16”, 6-13/16”, 8-9/16”, 10-9/16”, and 12-9/16”.
