SIP construction in adverse conditions saves time and labor costs. Energy savings is evident with blower door testing and analysis. Site installed insulations, from dense pack cellulose to spray foam have a human element which needs to be inspected during the process. Having the SIP structure something we can complete within our firm means we don't have to guess if insulators did their job right. Having that confidence feels good that we are delivering the best product possible.
